What's up y'all?? It's your boy DHoward ... Howard ... howard... D.J. Clue .clue ...clue... That's my echo effect! Ha!

Man, I was just down at Jam Session and I saw the statues of me. That don't even look like me! I'm super black! It's cool, though.

Just left a Doublemint kids event with PCA to prevent child abuse. We had a lot of fun interacting with the kids and just being around them is so fun. It's a great experience and I love doing that kind of stuff, just being around the kids. It was A LOT of fun.

I got in last night and started practicing for the Dunk Contest right away. I've got my whole routine ready and I'm gonna get one more day of practice in before the contest so I have everything in line. I've got all my props, my costumes and stuff like that. I've got everything lined up and ready to go! I got a few surprises for this year. I don't think I'll be able to top last year, but I do have a few tricks up my sleeve. It's going to be a lot of fun, I tell you what.

But I'm really looking forward to that new H.O.R.S.E. game they've got going on, see how that turns out. I like playing H.O.R.S.E. but I don't know how it's gonna play out as an All-Star Weekend event. It's gonna be a lot of fun. I'm gonna go with Joe Johnson to win it, though. He's a good shooter and he can shoot from anywhere on the court, so I might go with Joe.

I'm also looking forward to seeing my teammate Rashard Lewis in the Three-Point Contest. But mostly I can't wait for the All-Star Game on Sunday.

All the guys can jump, but my biggest competitor is the people voting for me. They're gonna look at what I did last year and they're going to expect more. The thing with me is, people think that just because I'm tall that every dunk that I do is easy. Or it looks easy because I'm so tall. Everybody expects me to do something special but they don't understand how hard it is to actually get up in the air and dunk. But I think the biggest competitor is going to be the judges. I'm just really looking forward to the All-Star Game, the Dunk Contest and just all the events going on.

We actually went to the movies last night and saw Taken, that is a REAL good movie. Afterwards I saw this man and he was hiding behind this wall to get my autograph and as soon as I walked by he jumped out and yelled "Can I get your autograph!" And I was like, "Chill out, man!" But he was cool and that whole movie was excellent I would suggest everybody check it out.
